Il se caractérise par un arôme typique de colza et un goût distinctif, ainsi qu’une couleur ambrée. Grâce au procédé de pressage « à froid », les acides gras présents dans cette huile restent inchangés. Cette huile est un produit naturel, elle se caractérise par une teneur élevée en acides gras oméga-3.
